Inclement Weather Policy
Cancellation Policy: We do not cancel worship for any reason. This includes inclement weather conditions.
There are two exceptions to this No Cancel policy.

The first exception is when we receive notice from The Falls Church Episcopal facilities management that the facility has been shut down. Typically, that will happen only for catastrophic events such as power failure, fire, flooding or quarantine for health reasons.

The second exception is when extreme inclement weather causes a shutdown of the transportation facilities in the region
If it becomes necessary to cancel worship for one of the above reasons, we will publish a notification by 6:00am on this website and via email, text and/or robocall. Cancellation notices will also be announced through public media and on our telephone information line.
For mid-week activities, cancellations may occur due to inclement weather at the discretion of the Pastor and the Ministry Head responsible for the activity. Notice of such cancellation will be provided on this website and via text, email and/or robocall by the Ministry Head or the Church Administrator.
